I haven't lost a gram in the last 5 days and eating clean.
Recording my weight as it is the first day of the month
173.3 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our bodies aren't linear machines - sometimes you'll put weight on while doing all the right things. Sometimes you'll lose when you think you've not stuck to plan and don't deserve it. Stick with it and it will work out.
