Finally!!!! It took 11 days to lose 1 friggin pound at an extreme calorie deficit. I think I will calorie shift so my body doesn't think its starving.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s funny I wanted to stay around 1200 calories daily and I eat healthy. I follow the Dr Oz lol principal for weight loss of 20g or less of fats daily and 100g or less carbs and high protein and I’ve kept losing since I started March 25th 27 pounds. I’m waiting for the plateau to hit but I’m hoping it doesn’t for a while. My calorie intake is around 700-800 daily I know that’s low but I’m eating a lot of greens and vegetables and chicken/fish with 3 litres of water daily and 1 hour on treadmill daily. It’s a struggle for sure and this darn lower belly is driving me nuts! Don’t give up you ur doing great.

Wow! 27 pounds!? YOU have stamina! I TOO am at 800 cal a week! (With the occassional 200-400 cal binge) Thank you so much for taking the time to write me in support. I will check out what you're doing with the Dr. Oz thing!!

Very slow game for me also. I think after years of up-up dieting my body is in self protective mode. But steady forward eventually wins. Just don’t give up on yourself
