I'm doing this after 2 weeks of 6WBMO as a starting base. Only my family knows I have changed diets. I pray that this is truly the beggining of the end of this life style if you can even call it that.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Welcome. What is 6WBMO? I see that you are starting Atkins. If you need any help please do not hesistate to ask. There are a lot of wonderful people on here, all more than willing to lend a helping hand.

Thanks, I didn't even know that people could look at my entries. That's a good thing. I guess it'll take me a couple of days to get familiar with this site. I'm loving it so far. The 6WBMO I mentioned is the 6 week bosy make over by Michael Thurman from Extreme Body Makeover show. They have very succesful people so I ordered it and in the first 3 days lost 5 pounds. Lost a total of 10 lbs my first week and then 2 the 2nd week. I was SOOOO mad because I have to eat 6 times a day with no salt, protein and fruit in the mornings and protein and carbs in the afternoon all with veggies and a very limited choice of frutis and carbs in the form of veggies. Did I mention NO SALT, no even salt subs. Anyway, did it for about 3 weeks and lost a total of 15 lbs. I was happy with the results but I wasn't feeling ok, EXTREME carb cravings, to the point where I was just MAD, felt so frustrated and even lethargic. . .I pulled out ALL my diet books and literaly sat all saturday long comparing diets. Even though I had given my Atkins book away (did Atkins yrs ago) I still kind of remembered what I ate so I decided to hope on the website and refresh myself on Atkins info. So after that long day I decided to go with Atkins and here I am on day 2 of Induction. This time I plan to do all phases. I gained 2 lbs today instead of losing but I know it must be from going from no sodium at all to using salt again so I'm not too worried about that. Again, thanks for your comments and like I said, I'm already liking this site and I need all the support I can get since we are going to Mexico in 4 weeks and I want to lose as much as possible. I think I went over 20 net carbs on day 1 and if you can see my food entries for today, you'll see I went over again, it was not my intention and now I see why this tool helps so much, I would not know that I went over if it werent for a tool like this, what a blessing.
