Week 15...Down a bit... It is slowly coming off, every bit counts. Big difference in the way my clothes are fitting and I can see the weight-loss in my face, which is awesome!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
