I am not doing very well. I am going to try SENSA. I did my research and I liked what I read and found out. It will help me contol my portions and cravings. I can not stop eating. I am eating all the time at all hours of the day and night and it is really depression me. I want to lose weight and be healthy. I think by adding SENSA it will help me cut down on my portion size and help to stop eatting all the time. I sure hope it works. I am at my wits end. I am so tired of being over weight and eatting all the time.

your diet is really low in protein. i believe that's why you don't feel full for long. you should eat 15-20 grams with each meal and reduce your carbs a little. protein keeps you full longer and helps keep your blood sugar steady. not to get too technical, but dropping blood sugar signals your brain to eat. keeping it steady means you will have less cravings and eat less. i don't see any meats or dairy or beans in your calendar. are you a vegetarian? that would of course make it tougher to get enough protein, but i really think it could help you a lot. it helped me. it's also better if you don't skip meals. when you eat often, your body gets comfortable and lets go of the fat, but if you don't eat your body thinks you are starving and trys to keep all the fat to survive. eating good, nutritious food often actually helps you lose weight. of course you still need to watch calories and eat mostly the most nutritious foods. still splurge now and then. it makes life seem more like living and less like a prison sentence, if you know what i mean. i hope this helps. :)

I think u should try cutting down on the sugar consumption. I know when I eat a lot of sugar, I tend to eat more and more. Also, try adding more complex carbs and proteins.

Word, protein all the way. Fills me up big time. Even protein shakes curb my apetite in between my main meals. Almonds are also one of my go to snacks in between main meals.
