This is going well. I'm failing 20-25%of the time. I need to go 100% of time. Keeping exact track has been easily and a marked way to ensure limits and disgression. ALWAYS CHASE THE FINISH LINE AND YOU'LL BE A WINNER FOR LIVING WITH PURPOSE.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
