i'm back from New Orleans jazz Fest. five days of gastronomic delights, crab, fried oysters, wine, and fried oyster po'boys. Not to mention the grits slow cooked in butter. It's amazing I didnt gain more! I got back out yesterday for a jog/run. my knees are aching as is my hip. Today I'll just walk and not push myself towards injury. it just wouldnt be smart. i cant wait to return to NOLA, I just need to be prepared to be mindful of the effects of the menu on my body!
