Happy Birthday Laurie and Beverly! Well I do think I'm back in my stride again...it helps to be home. Traveling and eating out is really hard on sticking to a plan. As much as I watched my portions and got in quite a bit of exercise...it did nothing for the salt. I'm tellin' ya that stuff is a killer in overload. Still enjoying my party mode. Went out last night with Asima and danced away, until the dance floor became like a NY subway car at rush hour.
