Inch by inch, life's a cinch...I don't think that's what they were thinking of with my weight loss but it's the first thing that comes to mind. Down 6 lbs since last Sunday (started eating better Monday though). Had a stretch goal for 10 lbs in 10 days but not going to make it and that's ok. That's why it's a stretch goal. It's in the right direction.

Getting the thyroid back in check after ignoring it for a while (I know...) so I'm bottoming out but not as bad as I would have imagined. My thyroid labs were yuck. This is the year I get and KEEP it together lol. I've had it together before (weight, health, workouts, etc) but let it go when stress came on. I get it back occasionally but tend to put others first to my detriment. It's a learning curve and unfortunately it seems to take practice.

I've been spot-on for food except yesterday. I was craving everything and went for a navel orange. It crashed me as I expected but settled me. I probably should have drank a beverage or 3 first as I think it was a hydration thing, not a sweet thing. Oh well. Learning and got some nutrients...

Tomorrow hoping for low 208. Wouldn't mind skipping it altogether and just getting to 207 either...

BTW, Fat secret has the carbs wrong for the International Sugar Free Hazelnut creamer. It's one, not two per the package. Tried to do the UPC into the app but it still comes up as 2. Mentally subtracting...
