Yes! And back at the gym this morning for day 4 this week! Super psyched!! :) :) :)
Got my meals planned out for today. Not as much protein as I want, but I got my calories, and hubby really wants spaghetti for dinner.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
