I never make two entries a day, but I just had to share! My soup tonight was awesome!! I submitted the recipe to be published here on FS. I am very excited about it because not only was it yummy, but I made it up! I had 1.5 cups of soup plus my toppings and I am very full! I really hope FS publishes it. If not, you can message me and I'll share the recipe. :) I can't remember how to add a photo to my journal or I would show ya'll the pic.

Chicken tortilla soup. Chicken breast, corn, black beans, carrots, garlic, chicken broth, red gaujillo chile sauce and crushed tortilla chips. (You can omit the chips and it still tastes great). I topped it with shredded cheese, sour cream and avocado.

Oh it sounds so delicious. Unfortunately, the only ingredients in it that I'm permitted are chicken breast, chicken broth, and carrots!
