Went back to the gym last night with my MIL. 10 minutes on circuit, 12 minutes on track, then 38 minutes on treadmill for total of 1 hour 10 minutes. Tried the elliptical last night, not a big fan. I feel drunk. Lol Didn't make it to the gym this morning. I was worn out from last night plus had an appt this morning. I work late tonight so can't go tonight, but my MIL and I plan to go tomorrow. Gotta get a suit so I can start swimming. I loved swimming as a teenager. I think it will help me because I can work out without all the pressure on my joints. Treated myself to bacon and eggs today--yum! Gonna have a light salad for lunch to compensate. Other than that, not much new. Have a great day everybody!
