Woke at 217.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. Gaining a pound or two a day is very strange after four 800 calorie days! FMD is over and today I get to eat 2146 calories. UPDATE: A lot of walking today. Ate a small breakfast, a good lunch, a few drinks and appetizers after work, and then came home and ate an omelet. Totalled 2089 calories today. Before dinner, I got back to 216.4.
