Love my hubby, cooking, baking, making cheese, canning.
I love to crochet, make rugs ( currently working on a braided one).

My health is deteriorating:
Years ago I was wrongfully diagnosed with Lupus, now It turns out to be MS.
With all of the wonderful goodies that comes with it.

So June 1, 2017, my hubby and I were at a funeral, I'm using my walker, barely walking.
My amazing cousin comes over to my; he's a physical education, and nutrition maverick, really good looking too!
He tells me about this Ketosis, and the three magic words: EAT NOTHING WHITE!
My weight on that day was 189 lbs, too much white stuff ;)

So lately, I'm jumping in to this keto thing, my goal: stay out of a wheel chair for as long as I can!
And be able to run after my grand kids!

All about Apple Cider Vinegar
I make an apple cider vinegar lemonade that'll knock you out!

1/4 cup ACV
1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh, bottled)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup sweetener I use powdered Stevia

Add all ingredients into a 2.36 container, fill with cold water

I drink it instead of pop, fruit juice. Helps keep my blood sugar even, helps me with sugar cravings.
Helps me keep away from the white stuff: rice, flour, bread, potatoes!

Intermittent Fasting (IF) for women
Currently I'm in my 6th week using IF, and keto. Since June 1, I'm really enjoying how I feel..
I fast 20/4, drink apple cider vinegar, cayenne, stevia befor every meal. I love my huge salads, and fat bombs.
The first few days I ate 3 meals, withdrawaling from sugar Is a killer! After the first week, I wasn't really hungry, so the eating window is now 4 hours. It does get easier, did I mention the no-bake crust less strawberry cheese cake! Oh, ya it's that good
