I feel better seeing that you hit the protein heavy every once in a while though Judy! 🙋🏻 Since you short it so often and you do need it to be there so having a protein rich day every week or so isn’t going to kill you as long as you’re not going over 30 g per meal. That’s when you start to store it and stop using what you are intaking. 🤷🏻‍♀️
