Happy Weekend, my Fabulous Followers!

Never underestimate your power to influence others! One of my favorite trainers at OTF is moving to a new location. She is a competitive bodybuilder(age 42)and has worked with so many of us to discover our own potential with encouragement, advice and some good butt-kicking!

I got her a little gift with an engraving:

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Short Range Goals:
* Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%!
* Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - July/Aug?
* Bodyfat % reading with trainer for June 23
* Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 22% or less (Current 24.5%) by year end 2017
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-158lbs staying under goal weight
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Fantastic body! Lots of hard work, discipline, and long-term dedication is immediately apparent, as well as knowledge. Based on appearance alone I would expect her to be a good trainer. I'm sure you will miss her; just remember everything she taught you and stay the course. I have NO doubt you will achieve your goals HCB!

LOL @ ClassicRocker: I am really strong but the muscle is still covered by a layer of fat...so I do not look muscular and lean. For my age, I am trying to get 20-22% bodyfat which is a nothing special.Bodybuilder females can go under 5% bodyfat!

I can see why she's such an inspiration! Giving her the token of appreciation was a sweet gesture. I'm sure it means a lot to her.
