I was so tired yesterday and wasn't sure why. Then I realized it was probably all the carbs I had on our trip to take my grandson to college. But when I went to bed and took my meds I realized I hadn't taken my morning meds. I usually take a thyroid medicine since my thyroid is dead, and I take Vitamin B complex. Both will help with energy. so Duh! It was probably a combination of the carbs and forgotten meds, but today I feel great. Went to the dr today. Now to wait on my lab results and my A1C I expect good improvement since my glucose has been lower. I didn't see what my blood pressure was. Usually they tell me but the nurse didn't today. The doctor says my gut problems could also be causing my blood sugars to go up and down. My weight was down lower than it has since I started going there.
