Today has been a good day at work - barely any stress! I have found this really has an effect on my eating habits. And if I don't eat lunch, I'm famished by nightfall so it's not a healthy routine.
I've not been on this website since 2014; but I'm back on the wagon since I have a diet Buddy to keep me accountable. Thanks Trish!
