I've been trying SO hard to lose the extra 20 pounds! I switched jobs in September of 2013 and it is so stressful, that I've GAINED 10 pounds! I joined Planet Fitness, but can never leave work on time so I don't have time to even use the membership. I walk the dogs if I get home before dark, but they have to stop and smell every mailbox.
Last month the doctor put me on medication for Angina from all the stress! It's not worth it. At this point, I've decided to retire in October 2015. I need some rest. I hope I can make it until October.
