Went to my friends memorial service last night and I ate at a food station that was for vegans and Indian food is good but it is deceptive as far as how much sodium and fat is in each dish. I only plumped up one pound so feel I did ok plus I am on a bit of a plateau, well today is the day to get right back to work and I am going to take a nice long walk.
