Oh my gosh! They are delicious. Here I haven't bought radishes in 10 years because the raw ones give me heartburn. This is a game changer. I am growing the crap out of some radishes this year!

It tastes just like cooked cauliflower or kholorabi. Same texture and everything. I didn't really "hate" radishes. I just couldn't stomach them well. This was amazingly good!

Never tried roasted radishes, but willing to try most anything once.

This actually sounds amazing. I never really thought to roast them either. Might have to throw the on the list this week.

I just cleaned them real well and pulled the leaves off. Threw them in a pan and drizzled olive oil and salt/pepper, then roasted at 450 for 30 minutes or so. They could have used a little more time for the larger ones. I will cut them in half the next time I do this

Roasting radishes reminds me of a potato, but u r better off cutting them in half, they will cook thru. I've added onions to it also.
