I can see my caloric intake fluctuates and I hope to do better at keeping it 1400 daily. Last night we got in so late from Tal's ballgame (after 9 p.m.) and we ended up going to Steak Escape because we had coupons and we were too hungry in spite of the fact I had snacked on carrots/grapes/cheese stick and drank 16 oz. of water. Don did repair the spare bed but I didn't get to do any gardening. Kathy is coming tomorrow. Tal has a tournament game tonight at 7:45, and 2 tomorrow afternoon. I still need to prepare to teach Sunday and hopefully will get a jump on it this afternoon.
