Finally! Took a couple of extra days by that 175 straight up was there.

Thanks for all your supportive comments! I have been very good this week, though too busy to exercise as much as I have wanted. I did do 2 hours at the gym yesterday, and it shows. I am going to make time to fit 45 minutes of cardio in each day no matter how busy I am.

Strength training may be a bit harder, but I will work on it.

My goal for Valentines is 170. I will have to stretch to get there.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

exercize is always a habit that takes time to develop. Once you get use to doing it, you find out you miss it! Your weight chart is looking fine, all heading downwards!! You just might make your valentines day goal
