I am flat and have not lost any weight and feel bad about this but know if I just keep it up I will be fine. I am feeling horribly stressed with regard to me being un employed and pray that I get a job soon and I don't want to get stressed out and start eating.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
