I seem to have hit a plateau here, oh well, onward and downward :)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have something you really like, don't worry about the diet for a day. Then do a low calorie day. That almost always works when for me with plateaus. Keep up the good work Selket!
