Day 3 reboot. Feels like I do this every 6 mos or so. Actually went to the gym yesterday. I've been paying for it for 2 years. This is the 2nd time I went lol. Will go again Thurs and Sat. May go Friday with my daughter if we can fit it in between schedules. 30 mins on treadmill, 10 on recumbent bike. Good place to build from. Food's back on point and adding meds (like I'm supposed to).
