Still searching for low carb, high fat program-friendly fruit, beside blue berries, in moderation... an I miss yeast rolls! I know you can make bread with almond flour and coconut milk, and all that...but I miss the REAL yeast rolls... I need to lose about five more pounds to comply with my compnay’s Biometric screening, deadline I’d aprilm28

I've seen several keto bloggers add yeast to their rolls for the flavor. Not the same I know but maybe a substitute. ❤

DoubleDeedle— I’m beginning to sound like a broken record, BUT there are fruits that are higher in fat. The immediate one that comes to mind is avocado. Why don’t you use Google and ask that same question— what are fruits that are higher in fat. I can immediately think of 5 or six but they are fruits that you may not be able to find depending on where you live and you may not have a lot of experience using. Check it out and report back to everyone else. There are others who might also like that info.
