Well it seems that I've lost a bit of weight. Some of the weight that I've gained in the last few weeks lol. O well. I've started the "Whole foods diet" and am trying to cut out sugar. I've been following it alright but could do way better. That is the goal for this week. Follow the diet better as well as getting back into a work out regime. I did the big move so I've lost the umph to do my regualr work out, but this week is the week I get back into the grove! ...At least I lost a tiny bit of weight.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
