well, We went out to eat last night and I had the grilled shrimp with veggies instead of an enchillada plate smothered in cheese and fattening sauce and sour cream and guacamole and rice and lard refried beans. I had a few chips and a cocktail, but overall, I made better choices than in the past. :) It might seem trivial, but these little choices are huge triumphs. Winning! ha ha ha

Great job! I've discovered so many options at restaurants that are delicious and easy on the calories that I never would have tried if not for the diet. For instance, last night the hubby and I went to Cheesecake Factory and I had the lemon herb roasted chicken (substituted asparagus for the potatoes) and it was amazing! I also didn't eat the skin on the chicken, but didn't miss it.
