feeling good today! Had an icee yesterday-but stuck with it the rest of the day. Had a protein shake before bed because I was starving. The shakes are really helping me. I am not going to un-do my week this weekend! It's only Thursday morning and I am already worried about it.ugh Keep it up-it's not THAT hard!!!
