I am trying to be consistent about when I weigh. I cheat and get on the scale regularly. Then I am disappointed. Once a week weigh in. That is all!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yep don't weigh to much... it gets in your head and can have adverse effect

We are very sensitive creatures the scale is relentless. Use your tape measure for proven results. I weigh every 2 weeks at the drug store can't stand the bodies fluctuations! Good luck, stay focused.
