I woke up so soar.... but I am getting frustrated. I have been in my calorie range...some over, but for the most part staying within the 1600 range, but why am I still craving food at night. I went on an eating binge last night and I feel horrible about it..why do I do these things. I want to be skinny, and Healthy...so why? It was like I had not had anything to eat all day...?... this is crazy!!!! I am hoping my not getting to eat breakfast until after 10am doesn't bite me in the butt, we will see..... no real weight loss yet, but I do not expect it because I am lifting weights and working out more.....building muscle. One day at a time...one meal at a time... that's my mantra for the day and beyond!
