I am soooooo, soar today. Worked out Mon, Tue, and now Wed. but today is especially painful...but I am not going to get discouraged. I am going to just keep moving. I was reviewing my diet and it looks like I am carb. loaded, I need to kick up the protein in order to make my 40-30-30 percentages. I hope everyone is doing well!
