I'm feeling a new determination to safely lose as much weight as I'm able before my birthday trip which starts July 16. I want to feel good in vacation pictures - note to self; remember to schedule haircut, pedicure, maybe manicure, maybe even bleach teeth, lol.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
