I know that I should be able to stay motivated considering the results I have seen, but lately I am lacking in the motivation to stick 100% to my diet. It's like I am so sick of having to watch every little thing I eat, but when I don't I freak out over gaining weight. The battle of the buldge SUCKS! I want to be able to eat, exercise, and not have to worry about either gaining or losing. Frustrated!

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 June 2012:
