Restarting my plan. I did not reach my goal the last time, but that was due to ME....and only ME. So, with that thought in mind....I am the only person that can make the weight loss happen for me.

I have been REALLY bad about documenting my food. Time to start back and time to be faithful to my weight loss journey. I have been cheating non-stop over the last few weeks, but due to having a TT, I really need to stay on top of things. Wish me luck!
