330am...35..feels like 31..goooood monday morning...been sleepin so goood at night that its so hard to get up an moving in the morning..i started shutting my bedroom door and leaving a fan on at night..an sleeping so sound..usually get up once a night to p an get a drink..but have no trouble going back to sleep..just cant seem to get outta bed when its time..alarm on phone has been doing its job..
weaher channel is saying 70 degree days later in week..i can only hope..im ready to head out in the mornings to get my outside rides in..was looking ahead after saturday..temps fall again..short warmer days..but il take whatever i can get for now..looking like thrusday nite..into friday morning..gonna be the warmest nite to morning..so might be getting an early morning ride in ..outside for a change..looking forward to it..until then...zwift it is...

well time to get with it...almoat 4am..time to get changed..get bike/trainer/tv/laptop set up for a ride...get them endorphins found an get the day started out with a morning ride...always a great day when you can wake up..an get your morning workout in...
been doing omad for last week..and having gotten off the salt addiction seeing very good results..i tend to eat salt when im tired..when im tired i crave salty things..but having gotten the salty things outta the house..and with doing omad...getting into the habit pretty easy of only one hour of eating an then its back into a fasting mode..just seems so easy..i was already fasting 16 hours a day..but now that im doing 23 hour fasting..just so easy..
well need to get this body up..waking up more..ready to ride an round up them little critters..endorphins...an get my day started off right...
