If anyone is looking for a fast way to lose weight, I’ve been doing keto for the past week on top of working out 6 days a week. I’ve lost nearly 15 pounds in 7 days.

Cool! Did you record everything you ate? I need to get down to the 150's as soon as possible.

Yes I did! It depends on what you eat, I’m vegetarian so I limited my carbs to eggs, strawberries, blackberries, vegan bacon, etc. I kept my calories light as well on top of working out for a minimum of an hour a day! I’m now at 18 pounds in 7 days
