Starting Week 3 of Atkins Induction. Weight 215.5. Omron fat% = 28.8. BMI = 29.3. Didn't lose as much in week 2 as the first week. But 10.5 lbs for the 2 weeks is still respectable. Generally only eating ~1400 kcal per day, but am still full all of the time. Had one high (32 carb) day. Caused by a protein shake with 1c mixed berries for 15g. The rest of the week varied from a low of 9g to high of 22g.

Manaqged to lower my basal insulin rate to 14.8u/day. Dawn Effect is still causing me to use bolus insulin to normalize bg. Total daily insulin is <25u.

Worked most days of last week setting up electric fences for the horses. Pretty good workout for the upper body pounding in fence posts and lower body climbing the hills on the lower property.

BMs were scarce and weight loss will probably take off again when regularity returns.
