That's a serious jump in 24 hours . but it coincides with a hard day yesterday and my first full night of sleep in nearly a month. Goes to show you what a BIG DEAL sleep is when it comes to weight loss.
243.6 lb Lost so far: 218.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
