I'm sure the weight loss was from exercise and back on keto, yes glad to be back on track again, weight training last Thursday, Spinn -Sunday. Spinn Tuesday and weight training, eating normal keto again. going to play pickle ball tonight . Trying to up my activities, had my old teacher from spinn, she actually did not recognize me the other day, was 50 #s heavier last time I seen her..NSV Keto on and I'm DO N OK !!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 235.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
