this is day number 2 and i am still slacking... i am going to try and do better today... its hard breaking habits that you have developed... yuck and i gained 2.5 lbs in 2 days... thats def. makes me want to try harder!!!!!

You'll do fine. Just don't cut everything out right away. Its harder for smokers to quit cold turkey...and the same thing goes for food. So, cut back gradually. Also, add in exercise gradually as well. You can push yourself right out the gate, or you'll hate it and quit

Wow you must be tall with a BMI of 17%...which is great!
my weight is= a BMI of 25% which is 'slightly overweight' for my 5'3" frame.
You will get the hang of this...just stay strong!

Your picture looks great. You will look back at this picture in 10 years and think "Darn I was hot!" Don't be too hard on yourself and detox slowly. One day at a time. I would try cutting out sugar first then carbs as these are going to be the biggest things to cause your cravings.
