Then WHY eat it? LOL 😆 There are other alternatives Hon. That are almost as quick and don’t have any mercury. Do you like pumpkin pie? Apple spice or squash? Turkey? Chicken? Cheese? Yogurt? Low carb wraps with eggs, spinach and cheese? 🤷🏻‍♀️What are the rules of the 30 challenge or whatever that you are working with?

Just checking in, Read your post today and your updated bio....nice, I liked it...As for the mention of the morning breakfast uh, not so much....I credit you with the effort however ---but coffee and tuna doesn't even sound appealing - no offense. Coffee and perhaps fruits, or coffee and scrambled eggs with spinach or kale....For example, my breakfast this morning comprised of scrambled egg (1), baby spinach leaves (3), baby cherry tomato (2 chopped), ground black pepper, chopped mushrooms (2)----provides all the nutrients to get your day started in a healthy manner and only took 15 minutes to make.... Or healthy smoothie - comprised of low fat or skim milk, ice, no ice cream and whatever other healthy ingredients you prefer as an alternative. It is important to ensure your eating the proper types of carbs/proteins/fat---not just slinging things together with no benefit, rhyme, or reason. I also like the fact that you incorporate GOD into all things, this is the best idea of all...Keep faith in God and Your abilities he has given you. As a psychology major (as you've stated), your consistently studying the mind and behavioral patterns ---so research and try new combinations for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as to see which way your body/mind will respond. ...preferably those which intuitively coincide with each for your health benefit.... What works for others may not work for you, so researching and testing things is best at least for awhile. I know time is important as it appears you have classes to attend--so look into rapid meal plans, smaller meals, more frequent meals, but healthy ones--non processed if you can help it. Will save time, boost energy, and get you going in the right direction. God Bless You and I wish you all the best on your life's journey. I look forward to speaking with you in the near future. You got this and YOU can succeed! HAPPY EASTER !!!! some words of encouragement ---For if God stands with you, who then can stand against you.... HE is RISEN !

Okay! I read the rules of the whole 30. How many more days do you have on this, or are you staying with this permanently? I still don’t think I could have faced tuna and coffee. LOL 😆 I probably would have put the tuna in some romaine with onions and pickles since vinegar is allowed. Or on cucumber slices. It’s kind of bland by itself. 🙋🏻

haha, thanks for your input guys. :) I also had tomatoes and half an avocado, and I usually have steak or chicken with my bulletproof coffee in the morning. The tuna today was because it was the end of my week, so I haven't been shopping or prepped yet, and also because it's Good Friday. I'm Catholic and we don't eat meat on Fridays in lent. :) I felt great on the tuna, but I generally only have it as part of 1 or 2 lunches per week.

I love Bumble Bee brand solid white albacore. More expensive but worth it. They also have a Prime Fillet one that is delicious.
