I knew I was too hungry as I got home.. after 4 "perfect" food days in a row, today I went about 500 over.
HOWEVER, and this is a big deal for me: I still tracked everything, I paced myself, and I kept it Whole30. A mini idaho potato with half a teaspoon of ghee and 3 slices of bacon, a smoothie with a cup of berries, some coconut milk and a little orange juice.
All-or-nothing thinking has been a BIG issue for me, especially with food. Too often, if I've gone over cals or off-plan even just a little it's like the floodgates opened. A night like this could've easily ended in 1000+ extra cals from junk foods.
Only I know just how hard I'm working, and I'm proud of my progress.
Right back on plan. I'm still gonna get to 165 by May 12th.
