The Workout Plan:
Monday: Anda's Butt Burn - Babam!
Tuesday: AM Spin + Anda Train
Wednesday: AM Run - 3.5Miles and building
Thursday: AM Spin + Anda Train
Friday: AM Boxing

It's worked for about 2 months now...let's see if I can keep it up.
