Wednesday AM: 3mile run OR rest day
Thursday AM: Spin (45 min)
Thursday PM: Bootcamp (1hour)
Friday AM: Boxing (45 min-1hour)
Saturday AM: Bootcamp (1hour)
Sunday: REST
121.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
