It's been awhile since I've seen any weightloss..but BM are becoming less frequent as well. I'm sure this will change now that i've changed up my excersize but it's frustrating.

Be sure to keep up with your water as well as those 12-15 net carbs of foundation veggies. You need both to keep all systems operating properly!

Make sure your getting enough fiber. You don't want to end up with problems. I have to do a modified Atkins because all the protein can cause problems.
