2 week road trip with good food for the most part. festivals etc means curly fries and lots of liquor, but those things replaced 1-2 meals so it all turned out well. very little extreme exercise but lots of walking. lost some muscle (prob resulted in the weight that i lost) but look/feel great! back onto counting since i'm back at home and working and more prone to eat too many nuts.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
