big eater day. i ate 200 too many calories the other day but that doesnt count. have been really hungry lately so its time. gonna do 'er good, and do a good workout too.

holy sh!t i did burpees today because i felt like working out but not a long run and i did weight circuits yesterday, and it was 96 degrees and humid in my room so i though, what the hell, hot burpees. decided to do decending sets from 15 (15, 14, 13, 12 etc) to 1; but when i got to 1 i felt i had more energy so i thought, okay back up ascending to 10. got to 10, exhausted and thought, hey push it back to 15. so i did and nearly fainted. but holy hell i calculated the total - 240 burpees!! so i could hardly walk after and tomorrow will hurt, but today was a great example of what the body can do when the mind is right, and that a good album (puscifer) is key.
