OMG another 2lb off really shocked. Not sure how this is happening as I've not been to the gym (medical reasons) for a week to burn off cals?
Even better is my holiday to Indonesia is just over 3 weeks away and on Sunday I tried on my traveling clothes which live in the loft with my rucksack. Haha it's mostly too big! Shorts that I can pull down without undoing the button or zip, made my week I can tell you. I'm still eating, still drinking in moderation, still having my treats...... One happy lady, roll on 12th April and warm on my slimmer body.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It must feel wonderful to try on holiday clothes and find they are too big! I am living in hope that this happens to me in a few weeks before we go to Kefalonia!
